FLAMTECH-C

Flamtech-C is a Carbon Footprint Reducer & Boiler Efficiency Enhancer Chemical comprising of various catalyst used in Coal fired boilers. Flamtech-C fireside chemical reduces the losses in boiler thereby enhancing boiler efficiency.

Working of Flamtech-C:

There is an inherent moisture in the coal. In burning process, this moisture requires the activation energy which is taken from the boiler, which is a loss and also some moisture leaves from the chimney in form of steam that we call as latent heat of vaporisation.

In presence of ‘Flamtech-C’ this ‘inherent moisture is used to form a mixture of the combustible gases i.e. CO & H2 (This reaction is endothermic in nature)

I) C + H₂O —————> ( CO + H₂) – 39,480 Kcal of heat

The by-products formed, undergo subsequent reactions and impart heat to the system.

II)   CO + ½ O2 —–> CO2   + 68,040 Kcal of heat.

20% of H2 will burn on its own and the remaining 80% will further undergo METHANATION. Which also reduces the clinker formation.

III)  2H2  +  O——-> 2H2O  +  1,37,600 Kcal of heat.

IV)   CH₄ +   O——-> CO2   + H2O    + 2,12,000 Kcal of heat.

The total heat generated by the by-products contributes to 4,17,640 kcal and the heat taken away so as to form the (CO+H2 ) gas is 39,840 Kcal. So the net heat generation is 3,77,800 Kcal of heat.

Spentwash fired Boilers - Distillery plants

FLAMTECH-S

Flamtech-s plays a vital role in the disposal of Spentwash. Spent wash is an extremely hazardous waste & cannot be disposed of directly. Disposing Spentwash directly does not comply with the legislative laws of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD). Flamma Technologies Fireside treatment chemical FLAMTECH-S contains Combustion Catalyst, Slag Modifiers, Corrosion Inhibitors to help improve overall combustion, system performance & cost savings.

Spent wash or Slop or Vinasse is a dark coloured thick acidic effluent with high Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) & Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) consisting of biodegradable organic & inorganic constituents formed during fermentation of sugarcane molasses in distilleries.
